Hi there! Just a quick note, for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns. Also, since all sales are final, we can't swap products unless there's a problem with them. We have 3-4 self taken photos of every product on our website and Instagram reels, so be sure to choose carefully.
We now offer a 30-day warranty for all products on our site. If anything breaks or discolors, we'll replace it. After 30 days, though, we can't assist 😔.
We take pride in the quality of our products, but sometimes issues can occur. If you receive a defective, broken, or tarnished product within 15 days of your order, we'll arrange a replacement. If an item is missing, we'll ship it to you.
To request a replacement, simply reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with:
• Your order number in the subject (for email) or message
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos showing the problem
This policy only covers items that are defective, broken, or tarnished due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, or if an item(s) is missing from your order. The item will be exchanged with the exact same one you ordered. If it's out of stock, then we can switch it with a different design. We can't assist with items damaged from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
